We can give billions of dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood, Iraq, Egypt, and several more, but we struggle to help our own tax paying citizens.
Somebody took and posted on FB a series of pictures of the "trashed" Joplin LDS Stake Center which was across the steet from Joplin High School. I think those pictures capture the capriousness of the Twister. While the Cultural Hall was scattered throughout the county. the paper tithing envelops only appear slightly bent in their wooden dispensery nest next to the ward clerk's office. BTW, It was Commencement day at JHS. fortunately the Graduation was being held elsewhere and out of harm's way.
BTW, President Obama yesterday spoke at JHS commencement exercises. While the High School was destroyed, the most valaubale asset:the Students and Faculty, survived
