Someone should be behind bars for misplacing $13 million; Mr. Corroon raised this issue in the 2010 election and was criticized for being negative. Yet this has been swept under the rug because we are a forgiving people. Thank-you Mr. Corroon for speaking truth. Leaders in Utah are either crooks or in-over-their-heads.
