I'm sad to see so much talent leaving the team. This was the most balanced team in a while. What was frustrating was at times they could play like they were so inspired and then at other times couldn't return a serve or get their offense going and the other team would just play like they wanted it more.
I hope that Taylor Sanders gets more consistent. At times he would take over teh game then in the same match he would disappear for long stretches. I also hope that the team works on digs and service returns. They didn't seem to be as good as other teams at keeping the ball off the floor.
If this year's team had been a little more fundamentally sound and played consistently hard they could have won the National Championship. That was too bad.
