These are presumably the best five high school players in the state, but one of them didn't even make the DNews all state first team in 3A? Logan Stott is a four star on Rivals, ranked #9 in the country at his position, is on the all USA under 19 team, nominated for the Under Armour and the US Army bowls, recruited by every major D1 program and a PAC 12 commit, but he doesn't make the DNews all state first team? If that isn't proof that the all state teams are a joke, nothing could be.
