And so does cameras, tanks, bombers, fighter planes, grenade launchers, cannons, 20mm & 40mm gatling guns, light machine guns, seal teams, snipers with 1,000 yard kill shots, and million man police departments to ward of an armed public citizen to keep him from becoming a dissident or antagonist objecting to marshal law.

We already have no privacy or right to privacy and subject to body searches and arrest for looking wrong and the only thing left is the actual declaration of marshal law to shoot and kill on sight for suspected looting or carrying a gun.

Yes, we sure do need the eye in the sky to watch us so we don't go wrong or look wrong or out of place. Wrong, we need the war monger and manufactures to keep their military weapons and spy gear out of our lives and cities. Spying does not deter or decrease crime, but it does have more effect of mob and citizen control to keep us in line.
