Yeah why not use the same starting line up, it has worked for the Jazz so far, I guess he just wants the season to be done with.
As I have said before same starting lineup = same results. Spurs by twelve..
There will be some booing tonight. The first time Duncan fakes Al out of his size 17s, or Parker blazes past him in the lane, the boos will start. And they will continue until Favors is inserted into the game.
From where I'm sitting all of the so called arm chair quarterbacks know alot more about what is going on than Corbin or his advisors. It's obvious to the world that Favors should be getting 30 to 40 minutes a game. I wonder if Jerry will be in the stands again tonight.
An "arm chair" coaches could do just the same "good" of job as Corbin. Many of those "arm chair" coaches have coached basketball in some form, and the fundamentals of basketball are the same regardless of what level. We as "arm chair" coaches, thanks to 21st century technology have access to scouting reports and game film just like organizations do. It doesn't take a " pro" coach to see what is wrong with this team. Interior defense is horrendous without Favors in the game and the spurs aren't afraid of driving to the hoop when Jefferson's feet are in quick sand mode. Please people, give the fans a little more credit. Your "knowledge" isnt that superior to ours.
Nothing has changed with the philosophy here since the Sloan years, nothing! No perimeter defense and the same old offensive sets! Wow.
@Old Timer
the offense actually trimmed down...and it becomes extremely difficult...i hope the management realize that there should be a change of culture in the organization...bring in a new coach...that emphasize on defense...but still creative enough to create offensive sets that would bring out the talents of each of the 5 persons on the court...
For my general comment...they need to realize that the reason why the wolves gave al Jefferson for nothing its because..he amounts to nothing on D...and becomes a black hole on the offense...i hope there's still a team willing to take him...if New Orleans is willing to trade...we could trade Al jefferson, Devin Harris and Raja Bell for Kaman and Gordon
