For those that say the Jazz are better off not making the playoffs would be foolish. The experience for this season will help these guys down the road. Everybody is Hailing the Jazz Organization today. It is worthy of that. Many though as always are fooled into thinking this is A World Championship Roster. There is still room to grow, trim salary and at least try and get couple mid level Free Agents. I will never be totally elated until once in our Lifetime, the Jazz can say they Are WORLD Champions
Ty Corbin and Alvin Gentry really deserve a lot of credit as coaches. Neither the Jazz or the Suns were supposed to be anywhere near the playoffs. Too bad we couldn't both make it. Phoenix played a great game. I'm really happy for the players. Its so good to see all that hard work pay off.
Favors was a beast! It is sooooooooooooooo nice to have some interior players defend the rim.
Al even had a couple of blocks which is nice considering his defense elsewhere (guarding the pick and roll specicially) is deplorable.
Its all upside for Favors from here on out. What a contrast from Boozer the snoozer.
This will be a great experience for these young guys. It will be good for them to see what the playoff intensity is like and how focused and how good you have to be to beat a team the caliber of the Spurs.
