Lets see, 14 military police officer, one search warrant for unknown or suspected crime, and one armed homeowner being attacked with his home broken into. What did they expect? What they didn't expect is a home owner protecting his home and property from unknown assailants claiming to be police? That doesn't work anymore with so many criminal gangs claiming to be officers during home invasions. Homes are also more sound proof because of insulation so yelling, sirens, and gunshots cannot be heard inside a home.

Thus creating a vengeance minded police department and judge who put themselves above the law of citizens rights. The next day the hate was so outrageous that the police blew up the home claiming to have found a bomb inside and not even bothering to clear the neighborhood or homes. What happened outside the home is not important, its during and after the breech and break in that is important. Their confusion and disorganization only shows the contempt they had for citizens rights.

"one search warrant for unknown or suspected crime"

As you yourself have acknowledged the police had a valid search warrant issued by a duly appointed judge. My sympathies are with the widow and children of the murdered police officer and not with the suspect facing the death penalty if convicted ..... by a jury of his peers.

And, don't forget his illegal marijuana grow operation.

Stewart's actions were similar to, and arose out of the same avaricious animus as those of vicious Mexican drug cartels.

They deserve no more sympathy.
