Counter Intelligence hit the nail on the head and is exactly right regarding the president's campaign plan. The president failed in his first election to present any detailed vision, and simply spoke of "hope" and "change". He failed to present a budget to Congress that gathered any support. In fact, his most recent budget presented to Congress garnered exactly Zero votes from Republicans and Zero votes from Democrats.
Now our president campaigns not on his accomplishments, because what he has accomplished has been mostly negative. He does not campaign on his vision or plan for his second term. He campaigns on social, gender, racial, and religious divisions. He is trying to win by dividing America. He will campaign on falsehoods and red herrings.
