Throughout recorded history, whenever God's prophets have been here on earth, without exception there have been believers and unbelievers. This day and age is no exception. Those who have ears to hear will indeed hear their godly messages with an open heart. Others will continue to be critical and opposing. The choice is always ours.
What a wondrous blessing it is to have that particular communication line between heaven and earth. Prayer is what we use to talk to God. Prophets are what He uses to talk to us. Being able to listen to these men called of God twice a year during General Conferences is a strong way of recharging our spiritual batteries, and something I always look forward to.
For those who are sincerely seeking and wondering, listening to these prophets with an open heart and mind is a special way of gaining a testimony of the validity of the restoration of Christ's church and kingdom here on earth. Let's endeavor to never take this special blessing for granted.
