The amount of fervor that has been ignited over Mitt Romney's aid mentioning Etch-a-Sketch is so revealing of how desperate Romney's opposition is. The statement was so nothing and so harmless that to see how the pundits and the media have spun it into the equivalent of a national emergency is enough to make one vomit. To equate the Etch-a-Sketch statement as the eternal symbol of Romney's moral fiber and character is beyond dipsticky. The low level of intellect required to twist and misrepresent the truth is beyond alarming. I saw Chris Matthews ranting and raging about firing Romney's aid for making such a statement. Give me a break! That innocent statement was so nothing and so not worthy of the vitriolic hatred that it evoked in lamebrains like Chris Matthews, but it certainly has revealed the true character and lack of depth in the haters. How long must we have to listen to this diatribe about nothing?
