Don't know why Weber State was on the road when they had a better RPI and record than LMU, but still, they were very close to winning playing without Bamforth.
Maybe Weber State should try and join the West Coast for basketball. They could be the travel partner with BYU, and the Dee Events would be the best facility and hold the second most capacity-wise. They could bolster the league to four bids! Seriously though, with the bro-mance the NCAA has with Gonzaga, there will always be two bids if they don't win the tourney, so that is more than the designated one-bid Big Sky. Something to think about!
Great season Wildcats! Here's to hoping Lillard stays for another year. If not, all the best on your future NBA career.
