I really think...we should pack it up...and rebuild it...trade jefferson, millsap, miles, bell, howard and harris for all their worth...get rid of the entire coaching staff...and get to the root of the team...what team identity do we wish to have?...run and gun? defensive? and grab players and coaches accordingly...and you go on from there...i think this team has lost its identity...and its time to fix it....

What I see happening is this. Utilize our with actual value (namely Millsap, maybe Jefferson) to move up in the draft. As it stands with the current roster, only Burks, Kanter, Hayward, and Favors will be under contract at the end of next season. So, the rest of our players with less player value will be traded during next season to teams looking to clear cap space. This is where we are going to get some players of actual value. Next season will most likely be a bust again, but the seasons after will hopefully steadily progress into real contenders.

tl;dr Forget about this season and look at next season as the time when the magic should happen. If nothing of significance happens by trade deadline next season, panic.

Toronto needs a shooting guard. Waive CJ now!
