How ever this shakes out. It'll be the working man who ends up paying. Level playing field means everybody will be poor.

Level playing field means redistribution and loss of freedom. Welcome to Kenya or Mexico.

We hold our breath for the comment, disdain, anger, or flip flop coming from Mitt Romney concerning this issue.

Your hero doesn't flip-flop. Stays on the same wrong course without change.

States need to push back on Obama and his socialist czars on this Obamacare mandate business. We have the Supreme Court hearing in the fall and the election following that. Congress needs to step in and freeze all spending on this ugly thing right now until the dust settles. States are dying on the vine with this dead Obama economy and the last thing they need is more expenses for socialist health care.

No way the Supreme Court reverses the 2008 election; Mr. Obama campaigned for 18 months on the issue and was elected. No surprises. If you throw it out, you have to replace it with something. Mr.Obama has said states can opt out of Obamacare if they choose to, as long as they cover the uninsured in their state. Cost of health care has decreased in the two years since the passage of Obamacare, so it may be true that we may not need the Affordable Health Care Act as much in 2012 as we did in 2010; regardless, we are moving in the right direction.

@christoph:

Where did you get your incorrect information that health care costs have come down? That is not the case. Better check your information and report back and you will find that costs immediately went up after obamacase passed, and have gone up considerably since. We are not talking about reversing an election, but reversing an unconstitutional bill passed by cheif obama. I can even fathom how you think health care costs have gone down. I don't think the price of ANYTHING has gone down (except houses) since obama took over (he has even admitted such, and even boasts about it--search youtube for some of his 'speaches'). He is ruining everythingnd healthcare is going to be a disaster. If he gets another term we will be ling in the people's republic of obama, and it will not be pretty.
