the 2011 1st Sub. HB 121 by Rep. Seelig, is a well crafted law.
I believe it does a good job of protecting rights and also helping protect law enforcement.
I am hopeful it will also help protect the families of the law enforcement officers, which is one of the main intents of the law.
As such, the Deseret News should be praising the law.
