Couldn't be happier for what Riverton has accomplished. Since the shool's opening in 1990, this is the Silverwolves fifth trek into the state semi-finals, having played for the state title in two of those years. Maybe magic happens this go around.

Good luck 2012 Wolves.

Man those refs were brutal in the 4th quarter. I counted at least 4 charges that weren't called against Riverton. Then they would go down to the other end a call a charge against Alta. I don't know how Alta's bench kept it together getting worked over like that by the refs.

You have to hand it to Riverton though. They came up big in that 4th quarter.

If they can get by Brighton, wonder who they would rather play? Two best teams are on the other side of the bracket. Got drilled in 2 meetings with LP this year and was fortunate to get a win earlier against WJ.

Congrats to Riverton, they never gave up and deserved the win. They hit clutch shots and attacked the Alta defense. I didn't think the officiating was great either but that wasn't the reason Alta lost, they just couldn't hit a shot when it mattered and couldn't stop #3 for Riverton who went around the Alta defender all game long. Plus they hit their free throws down the stretch and Alta missed too many and were way too tight.
Brighton or Riverton in the final, never would've guessed that, good luck to both teams.
