Yet another reason for Youth Sports and Referee organizations to be very clear in their instructions to Coaches and Referees to obey the Head Injury law that went into effect last summer regarding the immediate removal of youth that have received a head injury. We still have referees and coaches who are obviously unaware they are breaking that law, and organizational bylaws remain written that encourage this negligence.
