Wagner did an amazing job showing his skills in the seniors game. Turbin is a fan favorite. Looking forward to seeing both playing on Sundays. Go Big Blue!!!
I really like what Gary Anderson has brought to Utah State. Let's hope he's stays there a while.
Wagner will not be taking part this weekend as he is in a hospital in Arizona with pneumonia. It is too bad because I think it would have helped him jump up a few spots. He and Turbin will do great in the NFL, and look for Michael Smith to get drafted and do good as well.
Both of these guys seem like high caliber individuals. They should interview well. Robert Turbin has an amazing personal story. Turbin will have to do a lot better than 4.65 as a RB to turn some heads. I will be interested in his bench press number as well. He looks huge.
Good luck to both of these guys. If they get lucky, the Aggies can replace them with equal talent, but it won't be easy.
D News should have an update, but I read that Turbin improved his 40 time to 4.5, which put him at I think 8th fastest amonth RB's. He had the best bench press among RB's with 28 reps. Hopefully that turned some heads and we will see his draft stock go up.
Would be nice to see more numbers though.
Don't know about Wagner but I got one thing to say to Turbin. Good luck on the bench for the rest of your carrer. You won't play a single down in the big leagues.
