The government needs to start living within its means instead of forcing everyone else to live within even less means.
This is a step in the right direction. Better would be to eliminate all corporate taxes for income generated within the US, and a minimal tax on money generated outside the US. If we could attract the companies that have their HQs to relocate here, it could easily make up for the lost revenues through the employee income taxes and taxes on money made outside the US.

Here we go with election year pandering. If this it is such a good idea to lower taxes on corporations to "create jobs" where was it 3 years ago?
You just gotta know it is just the election year circus, in the end it will not lower taxes for corporations. It will just make it look like it does on the surface, all in the name of votes.
Let's see some real reduction in government and the national debt.
