Why do they keep saying "Runnin'" Utes? When you are scoring 50 points a game there is not a lot of runnin' going on. Let's just say "Utes".
And why do speak of wins. We only see losing. Does it really matter if it's a close loss, it's a big "L" isn't it?
Better than what???
Utah has tightened up their defense, making games closer, but their offense is still atrocious - 337th out of 345 teams in scoring. Unless Utah is hitting 3s, they have virtually no offense to speak of. A few decent moves by Washburn down low, until the opposing team starts doubling down, and then nothing but a lot of passing the ball around the perimeter for 30 seconds before throwing up a wild shot to beat the shot clock.

hahaha, very good question, maybe Naval Vet can answer that one with Sagarin ratings and arena attendance
or maybe Pac -10.2 is better hyperbole.
So now losing is getting "better"? Somebody send that memo to the NCAA selection committee.
Glory days, well, they've passed you by,
Glory days, in the wink of a young girl's eye
Glory days
Sorry. I can only take consolation in that headline if every other team in the country was, somehow, getting worse. Everyone gets better as the season progresses.
The good news is that if the NCAA held a tournament for the worst 64 teams in the country, Utah would be a 5-seed.
I think it's an amazing accomplishment that this team has won 5 games. Seriously...
I really hope we keep racking up these moral victories. I know it is making for a very exciting season and giving me a lot of hope for the future.
What happened to the 'resurgent' Utes we'd been hearing about?

Don't sell the Utes so short. I think they could easily be a 2 or 3 seed.
Nice pile on cougs, way to go the class of the world a BYU Cougar Fan.
