Does he know he's the Mayor of Provo... Not Malibu?
I know Provo has high hopes, but not even SLC or Park City (which see themselvs as star-studded Malibu of the Rockies) have proposed constructing a BEACH.
Thinking big is fine... but remember your thinking with other people's money (tax dollars). So be careful.
Go for it Mayor! Dream big. I would actually contribute some money towards that cause. Utah lake is a gem of Utah County and we need to see it as a destination for our families. The more recreation opportunities we have for our families the better!
Utah Lake is a gem of Utah County? Utah County one of the few places on earth where a murky body of water with enough pollutants in it to create three-eyed fish can be considered a gem. But more power to you guys I guess.
