It is one thing to charge a fool with a crime and quite another to obtain a conviction before a jury of his peers. Depending on the evidence the prosecution has most suspects will plead to a reduced charge ...... if they are guilty.
Translation: It does exist here.

There are bounds and limits to the Second Amendment that this suspect exceeded.
Try exercising your First Amendment right to free speech by yelling "bomb" at the airport.
Poor anti-constitutional liberals just don't get it as evidenced by "Operation Fast and Furious".
