I have worked in some funny atmospheres. One boss walked around all day in stocking feet, often exposing a toe or a heel. The same one chased his office manager around firing rubber bands at her. Another stepped out the front door to expel gas and made a big deal of it. Another complained when I let the answering machine pick up his call because I was throwing up in the lavatory. Don't let it happen again, he said.
My daughter, who was a nursing mother at the time, was surprised when a customer walked into the warehouse office where she was temping, and asked, "Did your milk come in yet?", referring to shelf milk that the boss sold on the side.
I could go on, but why?
