Was this report 'doctored'? More signs have shown up in my neighborhood, but nothing has sold. You can manipulate the data any way you like, but it is buyers that control the market right now and they are saying 'no thanks' to the still overpriced properties that have been camped on the market. When sellers really want to sell the prices will reflect that and the sales will follow. Most sellers I know are still more worried about getting their price than making the sale.
