7,000 extra hours many of those in an airplane to drop the number of deer poached from 82 to 63.
So let just guess that each hour cost tax payers $30 (probably a low number) and there were 19 deer saved.
So that come out to $11,000+ per deer saved.
Since we are having a mild winter, the weather along has probably "saved" hundreds if not thousands of deer. But the state thinks this is a good use of tax payer money?
Between this and saving the June Sucker in the Provo River how much of our money has the state wasted?
