This is not kosher and is anti voter legislation. I can understand removing deceased and ineligible voters but this is criminal anti voter legislation. It should be the choice of voters to ask to be removed from registration list. Opt in laws are illegal and discriminatory for the elderly, handicapped, and out of country citizens. This is discrimination of peoples rights to vote. Registration is a one time life long requirement that no state or federal government or law should challenge.
But once again the news media and legislation with their collaboration fail to disclose this kind of legislation and citizens are not given the opportunity to respond to their rights being restricted and eliminated. We have a right to know these things, why is secret legislation always withheld from the public before they can contact their legislators? Changes in constitutional rights of citizens should be a vote law and on the ballots as it is required.
