While I usually hate to pay lawyers a dime for anything, this is money very well spent on a necessary defense of a needed law.
Keep fighting this one until we win. Raise taxes, and even cut spending on welfare and education and roads if necessary. We must never surrender our sovereignty or give in to evil just because it is cheaper than doing the right thing.
If Obama's Justice Department was doing their job, it would not be ncessary for states to do anything on immigration!
