Are you sure he was breaking the law? Are you sure he was actually acting in a threatening manner? How are we to know the difference? Here's the wording of the new HB49: "provides that in the absence of additional threatening behavior, the otherwise lawful possession of a firearm or dangerous weapon, whether visible or concealed, is not a violation of certain statutory provisions â¦â
What constitutes "threatening behavior?" How do we know he wasn't just joking around?
Looks like they got the right guy. I'm glad to see that he was charged. He will get his chance to explain his behavior in court. I'm guessing he will plead guilty to a lower charge. Let's hope he will drive better in the future.
So what's the big deal? He's just another Utahn asserting his Second Amendment rights.

No, the Second Amendment doesn't give Utahns the right to brandish a firearm. What the Second Amendment does do is irritate liberals who don't understand that when seconds count the police are only minutes away.
