Comments about ‘Taylorsville mayor looks to build on 'excellent' 2011’

Part of the intersection improvement on 6200 South and Redwood; 6200 south was to be re-stripped between 2700 West and Redwood Rd to 2 lanes in both directions. That has still not been done. Now that intersection can handle the increased traffic please get it done. Every morning cars are lined up all the way to 3200 west and beyond. Those cars are pouring pollution into the air because they are just idling. Saturday is just as bad if not worse. Please Mayor get it done; quit sitting on the project. You are aware and have known for several months. Why submit those citizens along that path to continued pollution. Step up to the plate and do what is right.

Taylorsville does have plans to finish the re-striping, but is waiting for the weather to warm up. You should see those changes in the spring.
