Does a 'resurch skool' education include geography? Western Nebraska is over 400 miles away and in a different time zone bub.

If the Utes would focus on jc recruiting instead of walk ons in West Valley you might find some talent like this too.

Sounds like a nice kid who has earned his shot at Division I by working the hard way. I wish him all the success he can get.

RE: louisianna Coug- Upset with coaching? What did you expect a year after Jimmer? And to add, Collingsworth out, Rogers out, new point guards, Hartsock, Abouo the only Seniors, the WCC isn't a panzie league by any means, at least they beat up on the PAC 12 regularly, what do you really expect? The talent is good but there is a lot of youth. Don't bail so quickly, it's all good.

Man, the coaching is excellent and has been for years. Enjoy the ride, it's going to last for a long time.

This is a good acquisition. Now we need some depth at the big forward and center positions.

Hartsock graduates, Abouo graduates, and Zylstra graduates. That's a lot of talent exiting. Otherwise the Cougars have some solid big men returning and a lot of guards and wings. Collinsworth has never been healthy, but Hawes will be returning. Davies is solid. Austin will be better. Rogers should be healthy. Winder looks good. Carlino has discovered how to drive.

The key for the Cougars will be defending the three-ball and offensive flexibility. This year they have not demonstrated that they can do either of those things against good squads -- with the possible exception of Oregon. Weber State was injured and the Cougars got hot against them.

I am not happy with BYU's coaching. The talent is better than their record. The Cougars played a soft schedule. Can they beat Gonzaga? I think so. Can they beat St. Mary's in the WCC Tournament? Could happen, but not likely!

Hoping next year will be better and that Delgado adds to the mix effectively. Not sure that he will be better than our current group of guards, but am hopeful!

Sweet news for the Cougs! Delgado has hops and speed. The talent stacking up at BYU is getting crazy. C'mon Jabari, join in on the fun!!

Is he eligible to play this year against Gonzaga? We could certainly use a guard who can score at this point in the season.
