Federal bureaucrats are busy ensuring that common sense is not allowed to interfere with their mandates imposed by Obamacare.
It is absolutely essential for them to ensure that every state is enslaved to federal Medicaid dollars to do exactly what they want done to ensure that Obamacare morphs into government run healthcare.
Sadly, there is no real way to fight this usurpation of states' rights under the tyranny of the boundless interpretation of the Commerce Clause.
Everyone knows Medicaid (and its cousin, Medicare) are hopelessly underfunded for the mandates imposes, thereby forcing states to spend their money to satisfy Washington bureaucrats.
Personal responsibility is no longer tolerated by the socialists in Washington, and our country is the worse for it.
