I hope the juror who refused to convict him of capital murder can live with his own conscience for the rest of his life. If the evidence that was presented at the trial was not faulty, it was only proper that he was convicted at that trial. At the penalty phase, it was utterly unconscionable that he should be spared the death penalty for such a heinious crime.
