Good deal all the way around. Mr. Frank was a class act, doing the right thing (bringing his non-residency status to public attention) in the first place. Holly was a good legislator, and now Mr. Frank is going back on the hill. Utah should thank both these outstanding people for their service in the often denigrated legislature.
And, thank you to the delegates who made the selection. This is part of the much maligned "caucus system" that further proves its usefulness and effectiveness bringing political decisions closest to the local level with people who are active and informed.
I'm glad to see this happen, Craig Frank has been a great representative for our community and will now be again. Holly Richardson was a true legislator with the good of the people at heart and I'm glad she was the one selected to represent us in what has turned out to be an "interim" period of time. Congratulations Rep. Frank and welcome home.
