Embarrassing loss for the Cougars from Pullman.
Loved the game, loved the energy from the team. Obviously this team will be inconsistent, but I still think 9-10 wins is a realistic goal. Maybe we only get to 8, but anywhere from 8-10 would be a great start.
Loveridge will help on our way back to the top. Thanks coach K and players for an exciting night!
Every now and then even a blind squirrel finds a nut. Congrats Utah on avoiding the conference wins goose egg.
Doesn't surprise me one bit.... It is the "runnin" Utes after all! One of the most successful NCAA basketball programs in the nation!
Well, how about that? Go Jiggy!
I logged on to see how badly they lost tonight. Imagine my surprise, way to go Utes!
Alrighty then. It is beginning to look like the Utes are merely bad; not the worst team in history. Way to go! Keep working and believing.
If the Utes win a game, but nobody sees it, did it really happen?
When Utah announced a blackout, most of us thought black shirts, not, no local television.
Oh well, it's nice for the Utes to finish the season with at least one conference win.
Great win tonight. I'm dang proud of the Utes for giving the coaches their best effort.
Who knows how many more W's they'll get this year, but if they continue to buy in to the what they're being taught and stay happy with each other ... well, that's all that really matters this year and will help them get the right start to next season.
Side note, the black jerseys are sweet!
Holy cow!!! WSU must suck!,, we are horrible. What happened? Did WSU all foul out???
Stunned...totally stunned!!!
Awesome! Hope this means they have finally turned the corner.
As Greg Wrubell would say, "No!! That is impossible. That is impossible."
I don't care what anyone says, biggest win in a long time...
i coulda sworn utah was done winning games according to the delusional y fans who think everything they do is superior even if its proven not.
Great win tonight Utes!! Gotta give Coach K a lot of credit for keeping the team together despite the tough losses and injuries.
Well done Utes!
I love the black jerseys, they look sharp.
Keep working hard and as a team, don't let the stream of ridiculous Cougar fans that are soon to show up below my comment deter you.
Glad to see the Dnews being consistent in their swipes at all things UofU athletics with the demisive title of this article. Instead of something on the order of Utah wins a close one we get the Dnews drival of WSU is shocked to lose to Utah. Great game Utes, keep it up despite the biased haters.

It would be a great start but it's not likely. Of course obviously neither were the Y fan projections of 0 conference game wins. Personally I predicted 3 conference wins after their non-conference slate was finished and I'm sticking with that.
I knew once U got into conference play the schedule would be easier!
Congrats on the win!

When it comes to basketball, it's not even debatable; BYU has been superior to Utah since Majerus left Utah and Dave Rose became BYU's head coach.
Utah's record speaks for itself; the Utes have one of the worst teams in the country; even so, most BYU fans expected the Utes to pull off a couple of conference wins sometime during the season.
Wow, 3 BYU troll comments have 10+ recommendations... I think BYU's "fans" care more about Utah's bball team than their own, I can't blame them, I would have a hard time being interested in a basketball team that just got their 2nd sweet 16 appearance in 40 years too.
