I've watched all of Jimmer's pro games so far, and when he scored 17 in the King's last game, he occasionally looked like the guy we remember from his BYU days. Treys and drives to the basket worked nicely several times in that Kings game. Still waiting for him to make one of those long treys, though.
He still looks like a rookie much of the time, but also plays decent position defense for someone who's not supposed to be able to do that versus "real" NBA players. Heh.
He's already made one detractor eat crow (pay up to Jimmer's charity). He'll continue to do so, even if on a pretty poor Kings team. There's not a lot of "team" amongst the Kings players. When Jimmer's settled in to the NBA and becomes their starting PG, maybe then some semblance of a team game might happen there.
Jimmmer's shooting has been bad lately. 3- 8 tonight....3-13 the previous game and 2-10 the game before that. He's not nearly as good as alot of people thought he'd be in the nba.
