So sorry guys... wireless is the only way to go for telecommunications in the 21st century. Whoever suckered you into that fiber deal in 2004 is a sly character.
Just watch, West Valley City and other cities who joined in that telecommunications joke will be wanting out soon. Government leaders should have known that the telecommunications industry changes faster than their ability to keep up with it. It is far past time to seriously consider not re-electing some of our government leaders.
How many times will iProvo and Utopia remind us that government should stay out of private business endeavors? What a travesty for the taxpayers.
