Well done to everyone involved!
It is amazing what can be accomplished when employees take an ownership stake in the company.
Hats off to all.
Congrats! It is good to see a group of people with integrity and courage!
A bank SAVED the day? Wow. What a great example to other banks - It's time to make some loans, people.
This makes me proud to be a Zions Bank customer.
One more thing to point out: When the tough got going, the leadership didn't give themselves bonuses, they sacrificed by taking pay cuts and contributing more. Lots of big business need to take note.
What an example and what a time to do it. There is hope that America has yet to see its best days. Thank you to everyone involved.
Congrats to Fishbowl!
We need more employees to learn the valuable lessons of an ownership mentality. Once you have tasted being an equity stakeholder, you quickly learn the value of behaving like an owner: 1) Thrift 2) Hard Work 3) Creating and building something of value 4) The blessings of residual income and dividends.
If more would learn to behave like equity owners, more would benefit from realizing the American dream. I know MANY people, including in my own family, who have never made much money, but have remained self-sufficient and even earned significant wealth by saving and investing wisely as equity owners of property and businesses. It doesn't take much to get started, and it takes years of careful effort to build wealth, but the independence that comes is incredibly rewarding.
