Oh yes, more socialization time for our teens... that's just what they need. Half of high school is socialization anyways, why not add more? If we actually bothered to educate these kids instead of giving them time to hang out we could have them graduated by age 16 and off to work or college. Imagine how much money the public education system could save through reducing mandatory schooling by two years.
