The taxpaying citizens of Draper bail out another bank, and on it goes.
The fact that city planners ok'd the mountain top development is where the problems started; it never should have been allowed. The city will now face mounting problems over the years and will be strained trying to pay for fixes.
It's all about money money money. Now the taxpayers are on the hook because city planners approved a development where one shouldn't have been.
