My heart goes out to this brave lad and his family. I pray for a full recovery.
I feel a sense of pride to call Utah home, knowing that a community can all join together and build a home to make Porter's life so much better.
Best wishes to Porter, his family and all that helped build such a wonderful home and wishing them all a very Happy Christmas and best wishes for a brighter new year.
I do not think I can say what I feel better than what Love Utah has said. The boy has more courage than I ever would have if I was in his situation. A full recovery and holiday wishes to him, his family and to all.
This is better than this Extreme Makeover where they usually go overboard. Yes this young man need to be away from the hospital and be with his family and friends. Every spaces and warmths are well needed and hope majority of his strenghts reaches to his toes. Merry Christmas.
I'm sure like everyone who has read this article or is aware of what this young man and his family have endured, I'd like to wish him as full a recovery as possible. I also wish Porter and his family a happy and hopeful holiday season and the brightest of New Years and all New Years yet to come. God's Blessing to all.
What a credit to the good people of Oakley, Utah. This restores a small measure of faith in society. Small town America is about the only place stories like this can still happen. Well done!
Best wishes to Porter and his family, and kudos to the fine folks in Oakley for showing the rest of us the meaning of community.
