So sad all around.
Lets send a clear message that we will no longer allow doctors to give out pain medication in such high amounts. I believe that this doctor should get the maxium sentence allow by law and his lincee should be taken for the rest of his life so he can't give out pain medication the way he has in the past. He is no different from a drug pusher in my book. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer that spent almost 30 years doing a job and I spent time with the fedral drug task force and I am still glad when I see that they are doing their job and enforcing the laws that apply to all equally. It's such a shame that a doctor has abuse the trust that was put in him, and I am equally glad that the judge on this case has taken such a hard stand.
