Billings, collections are up and we are still hearing about the drudgery of making the budget balance? Come on guys. Better slam the wallet shut on your favorite projects. Stop buying property that doesn't need purchasing, stop bailing out projects that should not have gotten started. Stop paying for dead end services that should never have started. The list goes on and on. There now, that should help balance the budget.
