Where is Utah's self appointed Constitutional Expert Carl Wimmer? This whole lawsuit should be moot once Mr. Wimmer explains the facts to the Justice Department citing our Constitution.

The first thing that should happen is this. Judge Whaddoups needs to be removed off of judging this case. It is a conflict of interest when his nephew is Michael Whaddoups of the Utah Senate. Michael Whaddoups signed bill #116 and did not one illegal immigration enforcement bill to pass the Senate in 2011. Remove this judge. He will not I believe, judge this case in a fair and open manner for Utah Citizens.

When the govt. fails to enforce the laws on immigrations, then we have a major problem. I believe that if you are here illegally than you should be deported and made to enter this country the legal way and there should not be any form of free passes and the fedral govt needs to start doing their job and enforce the laws and that it's not a polictial grounds for elected offical to grandstand with for relection.

Just more whining from the obummer administration...cuz he don't want to enforce the immigration laws, but he doesn't want Anyone else to do it either...gettin that New voting bloc ready...
