I agree with John-Jacob. He has been in a part time job for less than 1 year buts thinks he knows enough to reorganize the county? Also from the article it looks as if what he is really good at is losing races.
He could care less about public service. He just wants power.
Richard, how about finishing a term as a member of the county council and learn how local government works _before_ you let your ego dictate your actions?
