If you are having to sue the US Army Corps of engineers because they say your project is unsafe and poses a danger to the environment it is probably a sign that your project IS unsafe and poses a danger to the environment.
This is just the city throwing its muscle around and trying to build something they want in a bad location without listening to what experts are saying.
Delta,
The Army Corps signed off on the permit. They did not say it was unsafe. This is the Jordan River Enviro group that wants the project stopped. If you read the story, it is the Jordan River group suing the Army Corps of Engineers, the City and anyone else who was involved in issuing permits for the complex. The experts at the Corp agree with the City, or they would not have issued the permit without modifications to the plans.
