I think the judge missed the mark on his decision. What about who is supporting who in cohabitation or living together?

My observation of this issue is that if a woman or man cohabits for any reason, it dissolve the oblations of previous financial providers because it demonstrates that both parties cohabiting are self supporting. An award from an ex-spouse is not intended to support but one person and if a person agrees to cohabits by free will with another person then all previous financial obligations are dissolved.

It would be interesting to know the age of the boy. If he is younger than 18, she should be charged in court. A adult male with a teenage girl would go to court. DN, please finish the stories and put all the info in the articles.
