Charity is learned by personal charity much better then the government forcing people to do "what is right" by taxing and spending the money how they want.
I think what has been done is splendid! This is how we care for one another.
On a different note: I would be glad to offer my services as a proofreader for the DN. The last line of the story seemed to slip under the radar, and made me wonder if weather in Utah is different than here in Michigan!
