So the Regents 'rule over' higher education and the state school board 'rules over' public K-12. Then we have a 300+ workforce at the USOE in addition to local school boards and local leadership as well as presidents at each state college/university. I say eliminate the state level boards and leave it truly local like our legislators always claim they believe in.
