Another driver with a suspended license causing trouble. I guess our legal system doesn't get it... suspending someone's license won't stop them from driving.

DUI, driving on a suspended license, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

I hope the judge and prosecutor know what P-R-I-S-O-N spells, and that they take advantage of that institution.

Life sentence for a DUI if you hurt someone would be a great deterrent.

Wishing her a speedy recovery with no lingering effects. Wishing him a loooonnnnng prison term.

Mandatory life in prison for this kind of bum. Hitting anyone in a crosswalk should be 10 years in prison at a minimum with no chance of parole. Hitting a kid should get a triple enhanced sentence. Drunk? LIFE without parole. Let this jerk die in prison.

In some countries the punishment is death. A mandatory minimum sentence of 1 year in jail for a conviction for DUI would certainly deter the wise.
