This is a great pick. Alan Matheson is one of the finest public policy thinkers in town. Herbert wins big with this one and the state of Utah even bigger.
Wow, he fires the archeologists for trying to stop development on sensitive lands, and now he gives environmental policy to Envision Utah. Just unbelievable.
